Urban Pawsibilities is a dog training facility based in Portland, Oregon. It aims to foster collaborative relationships and enrich our clients' (and their dogs') lives. Urban Pawsibilities offers many opportunities for dogs and puppies to learn, socialize, and acquire the skills they need to navigate this world.

Why they reached out

Founded in 2020, Urban Pawsibilities co-founders Emma and Meaghan built their own website. Four years later, after completing a rebranding project, they knew it was time to upgrade their website to reflect their new look.

Their main challenge with their current website was successfully getting people to sign up for their online portal. They noticed a massive drop-off once people left the site but didn’t have an excellent solution to get them to come back. In addition to that, they also wanted to establish their affiliate revenue program to drive revenue from their pre-existing blog traffic.

They reached out to Floww Agency to see if we could implement the new brand while also making strategic improvements to the conversion floww to maximize their revenue from new customers & affiliate links.

What we did

Single-page lead capture & email sequences

We built dedicated pages for every service so customers could easily find what they were looking for and have all their FAQs answered in one place. We then built a unique lead form for every page to capture contact details before rerouting them to the online portal. All leads were automatically added to their CRM, where they would receive an email sequence guiding them to sign up for the online portal.

Mapped conversion floww & offers

We first aligned on the sitemap to ensure the menu and footer had all the relevant pages needed, were optimized for SEO, and made it easy for people to find the service they sought. Next, we mapped the offers available to different levels of buying intent to maximize conversion rates. Lastly, we mapped the conversion floww that would get a lead from the website into their online portal.

Blog optimization & affiliate marketing

Once the main conversion floww was completed, we audited their current blog content and made a content calendar to optimize each blog for SEO. We added a right-hand column to the blog layout so visitors could easily find a link to their Amazon affiliate store. We also updated the copy for the more popular blogs so that relevant products would be featured within the content to increase affiliate revenue.
